With loving hands and hearts full of hope, we strive to be the illuminating warmth in the lives of the blind, the deaf, the physically and mentally disabled, self-reliant women, and girls who have lagged behind in education. By providing a variety of services in the fields of literacy, technical and vocational training, and social work, we have taken an effective step towards empowering these loved ones and helping them on their path to independence and self-sufficiency.

The Avaye Roshanai Charitable Institute in Chabahar, by providing educational, social work, and vocational training services to individuals with special needs—especially those with disabilities, self-supporting women, and girls—takes steps toward their empowerment and independence.
Technical and Vocational Training
By holding training courses in various fields, we teach individuals with special needs the skills necessary to enter the job market and take steps toward their self-sufficiency.
Social Work
Our social workers, by establishing close relationships with individuals with special needs, identify their needs and provide counseling and support services to assist in their empowerment.
Literacy Programs
By offering literacy classes at various levels, we help individuals with special needs master reading, writing, and basic calculations, taking steps toward their independence.
