By implementing various projects, Avaye Roshanai Institute of Chabahar has greatly contributed to improving the living conditions and increasing the capabilities of people in the outskirts of the city By implementing various projects. Some of the most important projects implemented include:

• Baluchi Tailoring Project:

  With the aim of reviving local handicrafts and creating job opportunities for women, training courses in tailoring and sewing Baluchi clothing were held.

• Psychology Project:

  With the goal of improving mental health and reducing social issues, free psychological counseling services were provided to residents of suburban areas.

• Crochet Project:

  To promote home-based employment and increase family income, crochet training courses were conducted
• Amblyopia Screening Project: This project was implemented to identify and treat individuals suffering from amblyopia (lazy eye).
• Hearing Screening Project: The project aimed to identify and treat individuals with hearing impairments.
• Empowerment Project for the Visually and Hearing Impaired: To empower individuals with disabilities, educational courses and rehabilitation workshops were organized.

Job Creation: Through the implementation of tailoring and crochet projects, job opportunities were created for many women, contributing to the improvement of their families’ economic conditions.

By providing psychological counseling services, many individuals suffering from mental health issues experienced improvement.

Disease Detection and Treatment: Through vision and hearing screening programs, many individuals with eye and hearing disorders were identified and treated.

Empowerment of Individuals with Disabilities: By implementing the empowerment project for the visually and hearing impaired, these individuals were able to enhance their life and employment skills.

Raising Community Awareness: Through workshops and educational sessions, community awareness regarding the importance of health, education, and empowerment was increased.

Challenges

Lack of Financial Resources: One of the most significant challenges faced by the organization is the lack of financial resources to implement projects on a larger scale.

Shortage of Skilled Human Resources: Finding skilled professionals in various fields, especially in deprived areas, is not an easy task.

Changing Community Attitudes: Changing societal attitudes toward individuals with disabilities and female-headed households requires time and sustained effort.
