Institute goals

Avaye Roshanaee Chabahar Institute works with the aim of improving the living standards, educating, and empowering the local community, especially in deprived areas. By providing diverse educational, consulting, and support services, this institution strives to create equal opportunities for all individuals and contribute to the sustainable development of the region. The goals of Avaye Roshanai Institute are:

  1. Respect and appreciation of the personality of people with disabilities and unaccompanied women, and establishing emotional connection and social harmony between them.
  2. Identifying their hidden talents to develop them and optimally utilize their capabilities.
  3. Identifying low-income individuals and families to provide them with support, livelihood, cultural, educational, etc.
  4. Establishing special classes and training courses to improve the scientific and cultural level and increase the capabilities of people with disabilities (blind, physically-motor, deaf) and self-employed women.
  5. Establishing day and night welfare and rehabilitation centers for people with disabilities (blind, physically-motor disabled, deaf) and self-employed women.
  6. Establishing free technical and professional schools for people with disabilities and self-supporting women in order to provide training and official certificates of the technical and professional organization and thus improve their job skills.
  7. Establishing production and service units to support covered individuals and employing these individuals in production units.
  8. Establishing a psychological counseling unit and specialized clinic to provide psychotherapy and medical services with the aim of strengthening and elevating morale by obtaining permission from the relevant authorities and after approval from the country’s Welfare Organization.
  9. Establishing a scientific research unit and carrying out prevention projects, including lazy eye, hearing and disability, and selecting ways to prevent them, as well as genetic screening for existing disabilities in Chabahar and the province.
  10. Holding special conferences and seminars to celebrate the outstanding personalities of people with disabilities (blind, physically-motor, deaf) and self-supporting women, and to recognize and honor their position in society.
  11. Holding scientific, cultural, artistic, recreational, pilgrimage, and tourist camps, etc.
  12. Establishing contact with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to visit activities, exchange information, and obtain scientific and advanced methods in the field of management and providing appropriate services to covered individuals.
  13. Launching a special website and internet network for the institution to present programs, announce needs, and report on activities carried out, as well as establishing network communication with other public institutions.
  14. Establishing centers or units related to the production and publication of Braille, audio and other books that can be used by the public, with priority given to employing people with disabilities (blind, physically-motor disabled, deaf) by obtaining permission from the country’s welfare organization.
  15. Holding temporary and permanent exhibitions to showcase the institute’s products.
  16. In general, carrying out any effective activity and action in order to achieve the goals foreseen in the statute and the goals that will be subsequently approved after going through legal procedures.
